  • 100 ml empty, clean spray bottle

  • Distilled or (boiled and cooled) water 40 g

  • Vodka (or witch hazel) 40 g

  • Lavender essential oil 20 drops

  • Chamomile essential oil 20 drops

To make your pillow spray:

  • In a sterilized spray bottle, combine either vodka or witch hazel with lavender and chamomile essential oils. Make sure to mix them thoroughly. Vodka serves a dual purpose by helping the oils blend well with the water and ensuring the spray dries quickly, leaving no wet marks on your sheets.
